On Monday I challenged myself to walk 7,000 or more steps each day and to track my food every day using the LoseIt! app. Here's how I'm doing:
Monday: 4,697 steps
Tuesday: 5,437 steps
Wednesday: I forgot to wear my Fitbit...yeah, and I had just written a whole post on how to use your tools!
Thursday: 6,982 steps
Friday: 8,412 steps (!!)
I was able to track my food intake each day, even when I wanted to stop because I was clearly over-indulging on Friday night. I find it's easier to stick to a plan if I pre-load the foods into my day.
I'll keep on with these goals, I definitely hope to make more progress today and tomorrow on my steps! It should be easy enough tonight, since we're going to a standing-room-only concert, but tomorrow may be more challenging since I'll be driving for a large portion of the day to visit my mom.
